Free Welcome Call - 20 minutes

  • A chance for you to highlight your goals around sleep and see how Sarah can help you achieve them

  • Tips that Sarah thinks may help, so you can see if you both share values

  • Time for you to consider whether Sarah is the right person to support your family

  • Advice about which package might suit your situation

Video Consulatation - 1 hour

  • A discussion about your little one’s sleep and reassurance about what is normal for their age and stage of development

  • Advice about possible red flags and what Sarah would suggest to see improvements

  • A chance to make some quick wins with regards to more sleep by improving the daytime schedule for your child, developing a consistent bedtime routine and supporting you with what to do during night wakings

  • This package does not include follow up, so please have a notepad ready!

4 week support

Sleep Support - 4 weeks

  • An initial sleep questionnaire and diary so Sarah can make a thorough and detailed assessment of your current sleep situation

  • A 90 minute video consultation (or face to face in the Greater Dublin Area) to discuss various solutions to help improve sleep, so you can decide what approach will be best for your family

  • A personalised plan for you to implement over a 4 week period

  • Weekly video call check-ins to keep you on track

  • Unlimited support via email and WhatsApp

  • A summary video call to celebrate what has worked well and so Sarah can advise you on how sleep may change as your child gets older
